Traffic & Travel news on live radio - broadcasting from a home studio for BBC Radio Cumbria (UK)

Описание: I have been inundated with no requests whatsoever to post a video of how traffic and travel news is presented on live radio from a home studio. To be honest, my Mum will probably struggle to find it interesting but I know that someone, somewhere out in the radio anorak community is going to love this.

It is of course happening that way for the same reason many people are working from home during these times. I talk a bit about my equipment and how small but effective it is. You will get to see a live traffic and travel news bulletin happening, if you manage to keep watching for that long.

Anyway, here's rubbish and rather vague demonstration of how it all works along with a short example of how it can go wrong. Thank you to Simon, the radio show's presenter for allowing me to include his voice.

The bulletin in this video is for the brilliant and local BBC Radio Cumbria who broadcast across the whole county. For anybody not familiar with the UK, Cumbria are in the North of England, bordering with Scotland. It's worth a visit for the beauty spots, various small businesses and places of interest such as the real house of Beatrix Potter!
