Spaghetti alle Vongole🍝

🇮🇹 A simple yet elegant pasta dish with fresh clams, garlic, parsley, white wine, and plenty of Bono Extra Virgin Olive Oil. A true taste of the Italian Summer!
Ingredients:
8 oz. Spaghetti
Fresh clams (about 2 dozen)
Bono Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh garlic
Chili pepper
Fresh par
Sea salt
1/2 cup White wine
Instructions:
1. In a large pan, heat a generous drizzle of Bono Extra Virgin Olive Oil with garlic, chili pepper, and parsley stems.
2. Once the garlic is fragrant, add clams and white wine. Cover until the clams open.
3. Remove clams from the pan, take out of shells, and set aside.
4. Cook spaghetti until 2 minutes before al dente.
5. Finish cooking pasta in the clam broth with a splash of pasta water.
6. Add chopped parsley, more Bono Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and the clams back in. Toss well.
