Fetal Unilateral Hydronephrosis || Ultrasound || Anomaly || Case 44
Clinical Features:
A young married female patient came with
Amenorrhoea for 9 months
Ultrasound Findings:
Fetal enlarged right kidney with gross hydronephrosis without any hydroureter.
Left renal pelvis is full possibly due to maternal hormonal influence.
Urinary bladder appears normal and dynamic.
Features suggest the obstruction is at the right pelvic-ureteric junction (PUJ).
