In this video we record the airflow output of a Fresh Air Air Handling Unit and verify it against the design CFM. Velocity readings are taken across the AHU pre-filter section — point by point across the filter face — and the average velocity is used to calculate the actual delivered CFM of the unit.

Method shown:
▸ Anemometer readings taken at multiple points across the pre-filter face
▸ Individual values recorded for each measurement point
▸ Average face velocity (FPM) calculated from the readings

This is a standard part of our testing and commissioning process on every MEGAVENTS AHU, so the client receives documented, verified airflow figures rather than assumed values.
