This week, we set out on a seven-mile hike through the wilderness — leading us to ancient sandcastles carved by time and the twin waterfalls that hide deep in the canyon. Along the way, we had a close encounter with a pack of wild hogs — an experience we won’t forget anytime soon!
After the hike, Kellie cooked black bean enchiladas with turmeric rice over the campfire — the perfect end to an unforgettable day in the Ozarks.
