Hosted by Energy Capital & Power in partnership with the Ministry of Energy, Petroleum & Mines of Senegal, Petrosen, African Energy Chamber, and COS Petrogaz, the fourth edition opened with a Presidential Address from H.E. Bassirou Diomaye Faye, setting the tone for regional integration, energy sovereignty, and investment-led growth.

Highlights over the three days included technical workshops, a closed-door CEO Assembly, a grand opening with keynote addresses, a ministerial panel, numerous strategic and technical sessions, an exhibition showcase, and a gala dinner and awards ceremony honoring pioneers in the energy industry.
