Hello neighbors and friends, Steven here with etrailer.com. Thanks for joining me when we take a look at our tow smart aluminum adjustable two ball ball mount for a two inch by two inch hitch with an option of six inches rise or drop, rated a max of 12,500 pounds. So folks, right off the bat I wanna show you, you're gonna get a nice, amazing case included. Let me zoom in here and give you a better look. And this case has preformed foam as you can see. So when we're done here we'll take it all apart and we'll put it in the case and show you.

But nice heavy duty foam. It's been laser cut and everything to fit perfectly and it's got a nice tough box with a nice carrying handle and oversized zippers that are padded to make opening and closing this case a breeze. So like I said, we'll get to that in a second. Focusing mainly on the ball mount itself. So the X mount aluminum design here, the channels and everything are gonna keep moisture away and prevent seizing inside of the hitch.

So you've got these channels and everything here and just the angle design on the back end here is gonna help it go in and out super easy. As you can see, you got one, two options of holes. I've got it in the closest one right now with the included super easy speed lock technology locks that they include. You got a two and 5/16 inch ball option and a two inch ball option. You get four keys, two for each matching lock.

In this case, they all are keyed alike, and you get one simple pull that has two rods. So this is just one pin that you have to worry about to adjust the height. So let's go ahead and take a quick look at that. One of the feature I love is you can see I can spin this lock face all the way around so I can easily reach it to unlock and then change out the height adjustments and things like that. So I'm gonna go and lock this and then I'll go ahead and I'll pull that key out 'cause I wanna show you the simple, easy way it is to lock this back up when we're done.

So again, one simple pin, it's got a nice rubberized grip on it and as you can see it's got a lockable side that we're gonna use and it has a hole for a pin and clip to go in that you could put in just to give you an extra added security or whatnot. So again, you can slide this up or down accordingly. Again, all aluminum as far as the shank and the head assembly here, I want to swap the ball over. I can simply turn it over, put it at whatever height I want. In this case, I'm gonna keep it at this height just 'cause it sits on the table easier. And again, you can put it through super simple one handed. Now the cool thing, again with this speed lock technology, all I have to do is I don't need the key. I can just pop this on and just like that, I'm locked just by pushing it in. And again, that can spin around however I want. Same thing with the hitch pin lock, it can spin around as well. And again, the keys that come with it fit that as well. Now again folks, everything here is aluminum. As far as the unit itself, the balls here and everything are chrome plated, so they're gonna be very corrosion resistant. Again, just like the unit itself. Now, the whole thing here again is lightweight due to the fact that it's aluminum. I'm gonna go ahead and move my blocking outta the way so we can get this torn apart and put in the box. But I wanna go over some measurements and features here real quick. The rating on the two inch ball is 7,500 pounds max tow weight or 750 on the tongue weight. If you had it inverted and you're using the two and 5/16th ball, the max rating is 12,500 gross towing weight or 1,250 pounds tongue weight. Once again, you get six inches of rise or drop, that's measured from the inside of your hitch opening to the top. Or if it was dropped, the inside of the hitch opening to the most lowest point to the top of the ball. Now you can adjust it up or down in one inch increments. Now some quick dimensions, we're gonna start from the closest to this shank, the closest hole, center to the center of the ball, was eight and a quarter inches. And if I went to the farthest hole out here to the center of the ball, I got nine and a half inches. As far as some measurements, if you go to that same closest hole all the way to the outside edge here, I got 10 and a quarter inches. And if I went from that farthest back hole all the way to the front edge here, I go
