The Green Index 3.0 is the primary reference tool to assess the environmental performance of FSPs; it allows institutions to evaluate their performance, identify gaps, and decide on actions to improve, afterwards monitor their progress and report.
This training is aimed at management, those responsible for training, head of branches and loan officers of FSPs. At the end of the training, you will be able to start conducting the environmental assessment of your institution and start defining the priorities along the different axes of action of inclusive green finance. You could decide to do the assessment alone internally or receive external expert support.
The Green Index 3.0 and Dimension 7 of the CERISE+SPTF’S Universal Standards on Social and Environmental Performance Management (USSEPM) are fully aligned at the concept level of the standards and essential practices. The Dimension 7 Environmental Performance Management of USSEPM was co-developed by SPTF+CERISE and the e-MFP GICSF-AG.
