Inside Nigeria's Hidden Desert: What Life Is Really Like

Описание: Beautiful to visit. But what is it like to live here?

I travelled from Lagos to Tulo-Tulo, a desert oasis community in Yusufari, Yobe State, Nigeria, to see a place most Nigerians have never visited, and to hear from the people who call it home.

What I found was a stunning turquoise oasis surrounded by golden dunes. I also found a community facing real hardship.

In this film, you'll see:
🚗 The journey to Gashua, and into the desert
🏜️ The dunes, the oasis and the landscape that looks like another world
🗣️ An honest conversation with a Tulo-Tulo villager
🌴 What life really looks like beyond the beauty

📍 ABOUT THE PLACE
Tulo-Tulo is a community located in Yusufari, on the edge of the Sahara in northern Nigeria.
