How to make an Easy Shoyu Ramen at home in 10 minutes (recipe)

Описание: I found this recipe for a very quick and easy shoyu ramen (actually it was a chuka soba recipe but same thing) on a youtube channel called 独学ラーメン店長チャンネル . I tried it but the original recipe came out a little too salty for me. I asked for some advice in the comments and surprisingly he quickly helped me fix the measurements so that they would work with things we can find in America. The fix created a pretty solid bowl of ramen that you can make in about 10 minutes (not including toppings). I think all the ingredients should be pretty easy to find anywhere so please give it a try.

Shoyu Ramen
Ingredients (1 serving):

Tare:
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1/4 tsp MSG
pinch of sugar
drop of mirin

Aroma Oil
chopped ginger
chopped green onion
cooking oil

Soup
450 ml Water
1 tsp fish stock powder
1 tsp chicken stock powder
