• Before you apply for the Chase Freedom Unlimited card, ensure that your FICO credit score is at least 670.
• If you are unsure of your current score, use an online tool to check.
Discover Credit Scorecard and Experian CreditWorks are great tools to help you determine your FICO score.
• Next, ensure that you pass the 5/24 test. It requires that you must not have opened more than five new accounts within the last 24 months.
• Chase will also check other issues, including your earnings, your debt, and how long you have used credit. Your payment history is also a key factor in getting approved.
• If you meet the requirements, visit chase.com (The link is in the description) and log in to your account.
