Building an Industrial Coffee Table for Charity - Metal & Wood

Описание: Building an Industrial Metal and Wood Coffee Table for Charity. Dimensions 30x30x19 made of 1 1/2" metal angle, 3 1/2" plate and expanded metal. The pallet wood top was flame distressed then sealed with boiled linseed oil while still hot from the flame process. The wood was then sealed using Minwax paste wax. The TIG welded metal frame was stained using Sculpt Nouveau black stain and then sealed using Minwax satin PolyCrylic. This piece was handcrafted to last generations. Every year Klearview Manor of Fairfield, Maine holds a silent auction. The funds raised from that auction go towards helping special needs folks that are wheelchair bound attend a summer camp. I built this coffee table for that purpose. I hope that the successful bidder enjoys this table for many many years as much as I did building it.

The auction will be held on Sunday April 22, 2018 at the Fairfield Community Center at 12 noon.
