China launches relief and recovery efforts after deadly earthquake hits Tibet

The search for survivors of Tuesday's magnitude 7.1 earthquake in Tibet has ended.
Chinese authorities say 126 people died, and 188 were injured in the remote region of Shigatse near the Himalayas.
Recovery crews are now turning their attention to helping the 46,000 people displaced by the quake.
