I'm getting ready for teaching a class called "The Wonders of Alcohol Ink" at Houston Quilt Festival so I wanted to show you all what it's all about. It is not about painting on fabric - it is not about making something that I will use in a quilt. This is more "crafty" :) I will show you some techniques for coloring a silk scarf with the inks, working on metal, making a ceramic coaster and making some beautiful, unpredictable designs on some specialty papers.
