Описание: Tom and Mike head to the world's most famous golf destination and the region known as the Home of Golf, Fife.

Despite not playing any of the St Andrews golf courses, the pair do use the town as the hub for their trip.

Instead, they showcase other bucket list destinations outside of golf's most famous town.

Day One presents a contrast of the very old and the very new. The Golf House Club, Elie, to give it its official title, has seen golf played since the 15th century. That makes it one of the most historic courses in Scotland.

At the other extreme, Dumbarnie Links is the latest addition to Fife's portfolio of world-class seaside courses. Designed by Clive Clark, it opened as recently as 2020 and is already wowing visitors from near and far with its views across the Firth of Forth towards Edinburgh.

Day Two also offers much in the way of variety. Kingsbarns set new standards for hospitality amid a modern links experience when it first opened almost 25 years ago.

A much-loved Dunhill Links venue, the holes are terraced down towards the North Sea, making for an incredible visual experience.

After that assault on the senses, it is time for something more serene and cerebral – namely a trip inland to the Scotch pines of Ladybank, where the firm fairways are lined by trees and outcrops of heather.
