In this video I talk about how to string a tennis racquet using the 1 piece style of stringing, which involves using one large piece of string approximately 39" rather than using two strings, one 20" for the mains and one 19" for the crosses.
Next I talk about some key features I look at to decipher if the racquet is a potential 1 piece only racquet.
1) Is it in that brands main competitive line of racquets? If not it could be a 1 piece only stringing method
2) Are the grommets that are potential tie offs too small to allow two strings to go through? If this is not possibly than it probably is a 1 piece only stringing method.
