Turn on the AC / Climate control on an EV showing 220 miles and it drops to 189 miles, losing 31 miles of range. The weather is very hot right now, and it's almost unbearable to drive without air con, that's a 14% loss of range. Of course using the AC also has an impact on a petrol car. But by how much?
