Greece transport strike over pension reform

The city's underground will remain closed all day.
The halting of buses, trolleys and the tram service caused traffic jams throughout the capital with people opting for cars and taxis.
Island erries remained tied up in the port of Piraeus, while hospital and other public services also remained closed.
Unions are planning protest marches later in the day.
