In this video, I’m sharing a healthy homemade energy bites recipe made with makhana (fox nuts), mixed nuts, and sesame seeds.
These energy bites are:
• No refined sugar
• No flour
• Great for kids & adults
• Perfect as a healthy snack or quick energy boost
This is an Indian-style nuts laddu, but made in a way anyone can enjoy as simple energy bites.
Measurements:
Makhana (lotus seeds )- 5 cups
Almonds -2 cups
Pecans-2cups
Walnuts -2 cups
Dates -1 and hals cup
Figs -1 and half cup
Green raisins - 2 cups
Sunflowerseeds -1 cup
Pumpkin seedds -2 cups
Flax seeds -1 cup
Chia seeds-1/2 cup
Cashews-1/2 cup
Pista-1/2 cup
Dry roast all the ingredients with small amouny fo ghee and roast in medium heat slowly. Grind all the ingredients together and mix it well to make balls.
Note:
No extra ingredient is needed to get the balls as all seeds and nuts will produce oil after grindin them.
