Ingredients
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 3–4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• Cauliflower florets
• Carrot slices
• Beans (chopped)
• Red capsicum (sliced)
• 1 onion (sliced)
• Broccoli florets
• Salt
• Pepper
• Oregano
• 1–2 tsp soya sauce
Preparation Method
1. Heat olive oil and sauté garlic.
2. Add cauliflower, carrot and beans. Sauté.
3. Add red capsicum, onion and broccoli.
4. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Add salt, pepper and oregano.
6. Add soya sauce, sauté and mix well.
