When the federal shutdown ended, Congressional Republicans voted for a short-sighted and overreaching provision that would end Minnesota's nation leading model on hemp-derived THC beverages.
We visited a Minnesota facility making these beverages to hear how this will devastate their business. Congress needs to act now to undo this provision and keep this $200 million industry moving forward.
