Installing a May Wes Grain Tank Auger Trough liner is much easier and less expensive than repairing the metal floor. In an hour or two and for under $600, your auger floor will be good as new and you'll put a stop to profit robbing grain loss.

May Wes Grain Tank Auger Floor Liner kits include a 1/8" thick UHMW poly liner, pop rivets, stainless steel straps and shims. The only tools necessary for installation are a drill, rivet gun, and circular saw with a standard woodworking blade.

To install, remove the auger covers and clean the grain tank floor, then insert the poly liner (no need to remove the augers), place shims between the auger and the liner, then drill and rivet the stainless steel straps into place to hold down the poly. NOTE: Do not drill or rivet through the poly. You will need to move the shims as you go. Then reinstall the auger covers. (Note: Some models may require you to remove a couple of carriage bolts or plates prior to installing the liner.)
