How To Freeze Concord (Or Any) Grapes Fast And Easy!

🍇 In this video I show you how easy it is to freeze grapes for future use!

I grew up eating Concord Grapes. Every summer my Momma would stock up on them as they were her absolute favourite. We would eat tons of them. And every time I went to my Grandma’s house she would make me peanut butter and grape jelly sandwiches which I LOVED! No one could make them like she did.

Let’s not forget Welch's Concord Grape Juice, ANYTHING grape!! Grape ice cream, grape tarts, grape salad, grape pie, grape cake and the list goes on. So many great grape recipes out there. Grape juice is quite expensive as you know, so making your own saves you a ton of money and you have the peace of mind knowing where your ingredients come from. Always support local if you can.

Freeze a grape you say?! Yes you can! I can’t get enough and they are delicious straight out of the freezer ☺️ They are the perfect snack because they are easy to take anywhere you go. They come in their own little package. Concord’s in particular are nutrient rich. Around 19 of them contain around 30 calories and equal 1/2 cup or one serving of fruit. And, if you're enjoying 100 percent grape juice, you're scoring the same beneficial polyphenols of the fruit because the beverage is made from the skin, seeds and flesh of Concord grapes!
