Moong Dal - 50 g
Water - 4 cups

Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
For Tempering :
Oil - 1 tsp
Pepper Corns - Few
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli - 1
Grated Ginger - 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves - Few
Day 3 - Ragi Red Rice Dosa
Ingredients :
Red Rice - 200 g
Ragi / Finger Millet - 200 g
Urad Dal - 75 g
Salt to taste
Day 4 - Kambu Adai Dosa
Ingredients :
Pearl Millet / Kambu - 200 g
Urad Dal - 50 g
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger - Little
Red Chilli - 2
Mint Leaves - A Handful
Salt to taste
Big Onion - 1
Day 5 - Black Rice Kanji / Kavuni Arisi Kanji
Ingredients :
Black Rice / Kavuni - 200 g
Water - 300 ml
Salt to taste
For Tempering :
Oil - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds ,Mustard Seeds,Urad Dal - 1/4 tsp each
Green Chilli - 1
Curry Leaves
Asafoetida - A Pinch

Ingredients :
Green Moong Dal - 1 cup ( 100 g)
Kodo Millet / Varagu - 1 cup ( 100 g)
Moong Dal - 1/2 cup ( 50 g)
Urad Dal - 1/4 cup ( 25 g)
Ginger - Little
Green Chilli - 1
Salt to taste
Day 7 - Wheat Puttu

Wheat Flour - 1 cup

Bengal Gram Dal - 1/2 tsp
Cashew nuts - Few ( optional )
