ORA is a new manufacturer on the block for the UK, being part of global automotive giant Great Wall Motor, China's largest producer of SUVs and pick-up trucks.

And with a range of up to 193 miles between battery top-ups, rapid charging capabilities, and eye-catching styling, this Cat should leave lease customers purring.

At the heart of the Funky Cat - a hatchback-SUV crossover - is a 48kWh battery which brings you very decent power of 171 PS and a 0-62mph time of 8.3 seconds.

The Funky Cat might be compact, but it offers generous amounts of space for the family and in terms of its size, it’s almost as large as a VW Golf.

Meanwhile the level of kit you can expect as standard will leave you feline good.

That includes adaptive cruise control, a 360 degree camera, 18 inch alloys, wireless phone charging and electric front seats.

The zero emissions ORA Funky Cat will also make sense as a company car lease, attracting a Benefit in Kind (BIK) tax of just 2%.
