He noted that India had attempted to retaliate against Azerbaijan in international organizations due to its support for Pakistan. Sharif recalled his visits to Azerbaijan and highlighted the importance of the trilateral cooperation framework involving Azerbaijan, Türkiye, and Pakistan, especially in the recent meeting held in Lachin. Aliyev confirmed that steps are already being taken to implement the decisions from that dialogue. The Pakistani leader also congratulated Aliyev on progress in normalizing relations with Armenia, describing it as a historic milestone for peace in the South Caucasus.
