☞NGREDIENTS
●750g(1.5lb) bamboo shoots
●3 green onions
●2 tablespoon suger or 1 rock sugar
●3 tablespoon soy sauce
●2 tablespoon super dark soy sauce
●1 aniseed
☞DIRECTIONS
1.Peel the outer layers of bamboo shoots off, cut them into 1" long strips.cut the green onion into shreds.
2.Place a wok over high heat until hot.pour in the bamboo shoots and stir-fry for 30 seconds.add aniseed and sugar(or rock sugar).stir-fry for 1 minute and add the soy sauce and super dark soy sauce.stir-fry for 1 minute again,add half cup of water.
3.Cover and turn to medium heat,simmer for 3 minutes.stir-fry for 30 seconds,cover and simmer for 3 minutes again.
4.Add green onions and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
5.Serve.
