In this series of films from Sweden I hike the Padjelanta Trail from south to north. Starting in Kvikkjokk, ending in Ritsem.
The first part shows me leaving Kvikkjokk by the boatservice to get to the trail head. I then hike past the STF Njunjes cabins and camp on top of a small plateau overlooking the Tarra Valley. The going was easy. the trail well marked with orange blazings. Realtively good bridges (exept one that was a bit scary), abundant with water. I found the trail to be very beautiful, but not many people are hiking it. You can stay in huts (STF or sami) or use a tent.
