Louise had a Subarachnoid Haemorrhage (SAH) in May 2018 whilst she was visiting her husband in hospital.
Very thankful and grateful of the NHS to have saved her life, it was difficult for her to recover psychologically and physically.
She found solace in the Brain & Spine Foundation's Facebook groups, where she could share her feelings with others who had the same experience as her.
