✅Ingredients
Apple turnover filling
▢ 1 apple sweet
▢ 2 tablespoons sugar
▢ 1 teaspoon cinnamon
▢ 2 tablespoons raisins
▢ 6 sheets puff pastry thawed
Topping
▢ 1 tablespoon sugar
▢ ½ teaspoon cinnamon
✅ Instructions
Apple turnover filling
1. Preheat the oven to 390 °F / 200 °C.
2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
3. Peel the apple, remove the core and cut it into small cubes.
4. Mix with sugar, cinnamon, and raisins.
5. Place a sheet of puff pastry in front of you and divide ⅙ part of the apple into one half.
6. Fold the dough in half.
7. Press the sides of the dough with a fork.
8. Place the apple turnover on the baking tray.
Apple turnover topping
1. Brush the apple turnover with beaten egg.
2. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
3. Repeat for all the pastry sheets.
4. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.pack them
