First Musical Sketches XV - Abu Dhabi (UAE) C: Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque

Описание: These “First Musical Sketches” are done nearly every day in the last 10 years. I save my rough ideas as sound files after 10-30 minutes of composing/playing… So I did nearly 5.000 sketches = audio files, in the Apple named *.aif, in Windows *.wav… without A.I. help. It is my brain and fingers.

In detail: (first figures = bpm, second = current track number)
084-0009 – This Grand Mosque was constructed between 1994 and 2007 is one of the largest mosque in the world. It was designed under the management of the Syrian architect Youssef Abdelke.
084-0605 – In 2004, Sheikh Zayed died and was buried in the courtyard of the mosque. This areal is not for visitors since 2009…
096-0326 – It features 82 domes, more than 1,000 columns, 24-carat-gold gilded chandeliers and the world's largest hand-knotted carpet.
120-1108 – The mosque is large enough to accommodate over 40,100 worshippers, while the main prayer hall can hold over 7,000.
060-0327 – The marble is inlaid with precious stones like lapis lazuli, carnelian, amethyst, abalone shell, and mother of pearl. It is comparable with the Taj Mahal…
