ProDiag is an efficient and easy to use message system specially developed in Siemens TIA Portal for operation supervision of machine / plant. It only needs to activate supervision of the tag which needs to be monitored and generate alarm if triggered. It is also good option to discrete alarm which takes comparatively little bit more time for the configuration.
An alarm will appear if the supervised signal and all other assigned conditions are present. It will go out automatically if supervised signal or condition will not present. These alarms can be selected in Alarm View object in the HMI.
ProDiag permits to classify the message in different levels / types like Operand, Interlock, Action, Reaction, Position, Text Message and Error Message.
