Russia-Ukraine Crisis: Implications for Latin America’s Energy Sector

The Center on Global Energy Policy hosted a conversation on what current events in energy markets mean for Latin America’s energy transition, how the region will be impacted by high energy prices, how geopolitical events might be allowing a reset of US foreign policy towards the region (e.g. Venezuela), and what that means for oil markets.
