Installed two USB outlets in the Cayenne's center console. They were slightly larger than the existing hole which was solved by a small amount of plastic trimming with a Dremel tool. Replacing the one in the console storage area is very easy. However, the outlet in the cup holder was difficult. Surprisingly the cup holder can be removed and installed just by pushing, pulling, bending, and cursing a bit (after removing the two torx screws).
