Just another day off from work to ride bikes in VT. This time we decided to hit up a place that's been on my radar for years but for one reason or another just never made it to. Green Mountain trails is located in Pittsfield VT not too far off from Killington Mountain. It's home to one of the original VT flow trails called Fusters, while it doesn't have the 16 or 17k berms I joke about in the video the trail system boasts over 100 berms in a relatively small area of riding. While fusters seems very XC to me with many ups along the way, there are some trails that will make you pucker such as Devils throat, which is full of steep loamy goodness. Overall it's not a trail system that I will put on my Must ride list annually but it definitely makes for a good epic day in VT combined with another trail system close by. I will say though, Shrek's Mountain Top Stone Cabin definitely looks like a cool overnight with a few buddies and definitely a cool way to start a weekend of riding in VT.
