In this video I came back to the world of Hayley Williams with her second solo album 𝓯𝓵𝓸𝔀𝓮𝓻𝓼 𝓯𝓸𝓻 𝓿𝓪𝓼𝓮𝓼/𝓭𝓮𝓼𝓬𝓪𝓷𝓼𝓸𝓼 💐 After Petals for Armor blew me away with its diversity and honest lyrics, I became aware of the second album that's supposed to be a prequel to Petals, "more dark and sadder" as someone in the comments said. I kept on hold to when it felt right to listen, after a year has passed since I've listened Petals for Armor, this month of february, I feel like it was time, 'cause I didn't wanna leave the month without a video about love, I just didn't know this would be so heartbreaking.

Flowers for vases/descansos is a more mature detour from Petals, its the pain, grief and lost that comes with letting go of a broken relationship, with an acoustic sound and sincere lyrics, is a good company to when you're falling out of love, to have someone to relate to and know that this too shall pass, combine with Petals afterwards and you got yourself the aftermath of the deep sorrow you felt, know you're ready to bloom again 🌺
