Mitarashi dango are skewered balls of mochi covered in a sweet soy sauce glaze. They are a delicious Japanese snack that you can buy almost anywhere in Japan, but it's also very easy to make at home, using only a few ingredients easy to find anywhere in the world!
Ingredients:
Mochi balls:
♡100g mochiko or glutinous rice flour
♡100g soft tofu
♡1 tbsp water, if necessary
Mitarashi glaze:
♡125ml water
♡3 tbsp sugar
♡1 tbsp soy sauce
♡1 tbsp cornstarch
