The reality of egg production - What happens with male chicks?

Описание: Shortly after birth, male and female chicks are separated. The egg industry considers male chicks useless since they cannot lay eggs and are therefore unprofitable. These newborn babies are subjected to brutal methods of slaughter, including being gassed, ground up alive while fully conscious, sucked through pipes, electrocuted, and thrown directly into trash bags to suffocate and die slowly.

There’s nothing “humane” about the egg industry.
