The troubled Mt. Elgon region is on the headlines again for all the wrong reasons this time the tables have been turned and it's the civilians reigning terror on the police. Tonight police are looking for five brothers who allegedly attacked and killed an AP officer Patrick Angurai who attempted to arrest them on Saturday night.
These are the scenes that left the residents of chepsinya village of Mt. Elgon in shock, the officer who was not armed at the time was in the company of two others from Nalondo AP post and had responded to a distress call raised by Samwel Ngeti who was under attack from his own sons.
