This pecan pie goat cheese dip is the Christmas appetizer everyone devours in minutes. It’s warm, creamy, sweet, salty, and covered in buttery candied pecans that taste like pure holiday magic. Make this for your next Christmas party because it’s so easy, so festive, and guaranteed to be the dish everyone begs you to bring back.
⭐️ INGREDIENTS ⭐️
✨ 4oz block cream cheese, room temp
✨ 4 oz log goat cheese, room temp
✨ 3/4 cup pecans
✨ 1/2 stick butter
✨ 1/2 cup brown sugar
✨ 1/2 tsp cinnamon
✨ 1 6 oz package La Panzanalle Rosemary Artisan Crackers
⭐️ INSTRUCTIONS ⭐️
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
2️⃣ Add cream cheese and goat cheese to a bowl and whip for 1 minute or until smooth, creamy, and fluffy. Pour into a small cast iron pumpkin or oven safe baking dish (about 6-8” wide)
3️⃣ Bake for 15 minutes or until goat cheese is puffy and bubbling.
4️⃣ During the last few minutes in the oven, make the topping. In a small sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter and add pecans. Toast for about a minute or until fragrant.
5️⃣ Add the brown sugar and cinnamon and stir. Bring to a simmer and once the sugar has melted into the butter, remove it from the heat.
6️⃣ Pour the candied pecan mixture over the warm goat cheese and serve with la Panzanella crackers. #easyrecipe #christmas #appetizers
