We decided it was time to rip the M45 supercharger off our MX-5 and throw a Rotrex on it instead. Whilst the low-down grunt of the Mini 'charger makes it formidable on the street, we wanted to add a platform that supports 300hp. The Rotrex is the logical next step in achieving supercharged track domination. Leigh and James buy a used kit to find out what works and what doesn't, setting themselves the goal of doing a burnout as soon as it is installed.
