In this episode, I turn Murkwater into a Swamp Outpost with proper housing and a working farm. With all of the improvements. it won't stay a secret for long! We’ll walk through how to turn this flooded construction site into a functional settlement: elevated homes over the water, a compact farm that actually makes sense in the swamp, and a layout that keeps settlers alive if the Mirelurk Queen comes back.

• No Glitches: Everything is built using standard snapping mechanics (no rug/pillar/wire/etc. glitches).
• Build Limit: Because this is a large renovation, I can expand the settlement build limit when needed to be able to finish the design.
