Описание: In this segment from a recent Bentinho Live session in Massaro University, Bentinho suggests that to recapture a sense of unity and love, we must be willing to let go of our habitual patterns of labeling and defining. By refraining from this mental activity, the veil of Samsara can be lifted, and we can reconnect with the underlying Oneness that permeates all of existence.

The key, he emphasizes, is to stop constantly conjuring up separate things in our minds and to instead recognize the ever-present reality of Love and Consciousness that transcends all of our conceptual frameworks.

He explains that it’s the belief in the independent existence of objects and phenomena that leads to a cycle of delusion and suffering (Samsara). Labeling and defining things is what transforms the neutral illusion (of Maya) into the harmful delusion of Samsara.

This is in contrast with the perception of a young child, who experiences the world without the burden of conceptual thought. The child does not see a "bird" or a "pen," but rather the natural play of consciousness, untainted by the projection of separate objects.
