This dance depicts the different forms and postures of lord Shiva. It describes his appearance as the supreme being, having a serpent around his neck, and how the sound of damru makes him perform his fierce tandav dance. The ganga is flowing through his thick hair locks. We bow to our lord of dance ,the one who is omnipresent, who describes our vedas, who is beyond thoughts and is the divine almighty. We worship lord Shiva through this dance performance and signify his presence in our life.
