Replacing Kiln Elements and Thermocouples

Описание: It was time to change my elements and thermocouples in my kiln. I've heard many potters say they are afraid to own their own (or service) a kiln because of the maintenance or technical skill required. I've had to service my kilns many times and thought I would share my recent experience with you to perhaps reduce some of that fear or mystery around the process. I cant say its always gone swimmingly but with the help of very accessible and friendly experts (Like Rob Battey - Northwest Potters' Supply) I have always found a way to get it done.
