On Prime Time, Vice Chancellor of NALSAR University of Law, Dr Faizan Mustafa says that there is a need for reforms in the judiciary and a better management in assigning of cases to judges. He however adds that given the number of cases that the Supreme Court of India has to handle, having large benches like in other countries to decide on cases might be difficult in India.
