In the Philippines, friends and family gather for a boodle fight, a fabulous feast served atop banana leaves and eaten with bare hands. Traditionally created as a way to feed large numbers of military cadets, people stand shoulder-to-shoulder around a massive table, ready to dive into piles of mouthwatering Filipino delicacies, like grilled pork, adobo and crispy pata. Just be sure to leave your forks and knives at home.
