Spinach- 1/2 of a bunch
Methi- 1/2 of a bunch
Betho/ Bathua- 1/2 of a bunch
Potato-400 gm(small size)
Tomato-1
Ginger-1 inch
Green chilli-2
Nigella seed- 1/4 tsp
Turmeric- 1tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Roasted coriander powder- 1 tsp
Roasted cumin, dry red chilli, nutmeg , mace -1 tbsp
Chaat masala-1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
Kasuri methi -1 tbsp
Garam masala powder-1/4tsp
salt to taste
Sugar-1/2 tsp
Oil- 3 tbsp
Ghee- 1 tbsp
