The future of AI won't be shaped by technology alone, but by who is empowered to lead, decide, and influence how it's designed and deployed. This session focuses on building power, not just participation, among women in AI discourse.
Adebola Olomo is a thought leader in marketing technology and applied AI, author of "Marketing with AI" and "Marketing Across Borders," and a global leader within the Women in AI community to advocate responsible innovation, inclusion, and the future of work.
Dr Aisha Naseer is the Director of Research at Huawei Technologies (UK), leading industry ecosystem development and AI standardization activities with European Standards teams. She serves as UK Ambassador for Women in AI and acting Board Member of Women in AI.
In this session, they investigated pathways for establishing significant channels that elevate young women from participants to decision-makers in technology, and explore how this impacts educational practice.
