In this video review I will be taking a look at the Caran d'Ache Fancolor Water Soluble Colored Pencils. At the beginning of the video I do however talk about something that has happened to our family over the last week or so, if you would like to skip this and go straight to the review scroll to the 6:30 minute of the video.

The Caran d'Ache Fancolor are specifically aimed at children, however, as I mention many times throughout the review, please don't let this put you off, after all we are talking about Caran d'Ache. The children's range of Caran d'Ache products can on occasion match the quality of some companies Student or even artist graded products.

We often talk about Student grade, Artist grade and kids grade, however, unless you have been around art supplies for quite a while, it is difficult to understand the difference. Because of this I will be creating a visual video representing what the differences generally involve and what they look and feel like to the artist. This will come in the form of my video comparison between the Caran d'Ache Museum Aquarelle, Supracolor Soft, Prismola, Swisscolor and Fancolor.
